Description

Cyclist on road bike wearing a helmet coming from Summit going the wrong way on the street and passed between oncoming vehicle and parked cars, lost control of the bike and ended up in a front lawn. During the time there was a detour of Fontaine Ave to the streets of Summit and Westerly.
